Women and Leadership.  This is a skills-focused course that covers research related to gender and work and focuses on skills like strategic networking and self-advocacy.

Harvard Business School Case Studies. 

What’s your favorite leadership book? Why?

Carla Harris, Strategize to Win and Barsh and Cranston, How Remarkable Women Lead.  Both are terrific, practical, and strategic books.
